NTSE 2021 APPLICATION FORM LINK
The
NTSE application form 2021 needs to be submitted in offline/online mode
as specified. From last year, some states have started to accept the
completed NTSE application form 2021 in the online mode too. Candidates
must ensure that the application form of NTSE is filled and attached
with the required documents as per the instructions.

The application forms will not be same for all the state ... it will vary from state to state... it may be either online or may be filled offline and get submitted to your school...
